REMOVAL SERVICE POINT
   
Use a drill (&phis;6.5 mm) to make a hole in the rivet A, and a drill (&phis;4.0 mm) to rivet B to break them, and remove the rivets.
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS
   
  1. Insert rivets A and rivets B into the overfender extension bracket and rear door.
  1. Insert “portion A” of the rivet into the rivet tool.
  1. Pressing the flange surface of the rivet, grip the handle of the rivet tool.
  1. The thinnest part of “portion A” is cut and the rivet is held in position.
   
    • The ambient temperature should be 20 to 38°C. Ensure that the working area is clean.
    • If ambient temperature is less than 20°C, heat the protect film and application surface to a temperature of 20 to 30°C.
    • Be careful that air bubbles are not formed under the protect film.
  1. Installation procedure
    1. Wipe the protect film application surface and clean it with a rag moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
    1. Remove backing paper from the protect film, and apply the film to the specified position.
